Can I return or exchange an item?
We are happy to organise the return or exchange of any item provided it is returned to us in its original resaleable condition within 30 days of the delivery date. We are unable to refund the cost of any postal charges incurred due to refund or exchange, except in the rare circumstance that a product is damaged, faulty or not as described.
What products am I unable to return?
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for any product that is not in the condition it was in when it was dispatched.
When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within one week of us receiving your return.
What are my rights under the distance selling regulations?
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered. You must inform us of the cancellation of the contract. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us promptly at your cost.
